Letters of Appreciation

Following are some of the letters we have received by mail and E-mail about the 2003 Run. If you attended, we welcome your comments too.

To whom it may concern,

Another terrific show, great 4 days spent doing things your car was built for--having fun showing it off and getting a chance to cruise.  Another job well done by the club members. Registration, welcome party, cruise, meals and the golf course set-up in a word- AWESOME! This show remains on our calendar as a must attend event and continues to attract some of the most outstanding vehicles in the Tri-State area. Can't wait till next year.

Dear Relics and Rod Members

We were down in Havasu for the 2003 Run to the Sun and had a wonderful time. What a great show! It was just a little hot for us Oregon folks but we had a great time anyway.

We really enjoyed the banquet Friday night and had a chance to meet some people from all over the southwest. Us girls went to the fashion show on Saturday and had a great time, that lead us on to the stores in the afternoon (great fun but we still did not spend as much as the guys at the show). You really did a great job.

Again thanks for a great weekend and we look forward to coming next year.

For the 4th year in a row, I traveled from Illinois to see your Run to the Sun car show. Again it was great. I especially enjoy the cruise nite up on McCulloch Boulevard. Keep up the good work.

Dear Run committee,

What a great turn out for the show.  Everything seemed to run smoothly from our view point and we enjoyed the weekend. I even got to ride in the parade this year, as our sons were not here then.

CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL WHO WORKED SO HARD TO MAKE THIS A SUCCESS.

Vi Ledford

I was at my 1st show last Oct.  It was by far the best I have ever seen.  Makes the Portland Car Shows look  like a beginners show.  Hats off to the crew.
