Goody Bag Night

This year we were hoping for good weather for our Run. There was a big
thunderstorm on the previous Friday night but by Monday morning, the weather had
cleared and the weather man was predicting great weather for "our"
week.
Our members met at 6:00 PM at the London Bridge Resort's Convention Center
and took their places at the table to pack the items in front of them.
After we were well on our way to getting it down to a routine, we took a
short break to stretch our legs and get a quick drink. One of the things we do
every year is our contest to guess how many entries we will end up with. Guesses
were sold for $1.00 each during this break and whoever has the number closest to
our final entry count takes home the pot at the end of the Run. Then it was back
to packing.
When the last bag was packed, our members picked up their goody
bags and went home to rest up for the week's activities.
