Ford Motor Company - Arizona Proving Ground

October 14, 2001 - Open House

Relics & Rods were invited to the Ford Proving Grounds in Yucca, Arizona to participate in their annual open house celebration. We assembled at the "North Orange Ball" and had a nice caravan of 20 colorful cars traveling up the Interstate. Upon arrival and check in, members of the club were treated to lunch and a tour of the proving grounds, including a ride around the 5 mile long, high banked oval track. We were also given tickets for the door prize drawing that was held. Cameras are not allowed within the grounds and these photos are courtesy of the Ford Motor Company.
